Day One of a New Me!

I got home from work last night, opened a (large) packet of biscuits and threw myself on the sofa and before I knew it I'd devoured more than half of the pack. Then I dragged myself upstairs to change into something more comfortable and stood in front of the mirror wondering why I was a lot softer round the edges than I used to be.

So this is it! No excuses. No more biscuit binges! This time I'm sticking to it and day one of trying to avoid binge eating has gone pretty well.

Breakfast: Porridge and a cup of peppermint tea.
Lunch: Pasta salad
Dinner: Paprika Chicken Breast, Roasted Veg and Boiled Rice.

Not too bad for my first day.

I know that I'm not going to get the body I want by cutting down on food alone and I hate going to the gym. So I'm going to invest in some (not too expensive) home gym products. Any suggestions?
